This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on three publications "Conditional knockout of SHP2 in ErbB2 transgenic mice or inhibition in HER2-amplified breast cancer cell lines blocks oncogene expression and tumorigenesis" (knockout validation for western blot, see figure 2d from [2] ), "Globozoospermia and lack of acrosome formation in GM130-deficient mice" (knockout validation for immunohistochemistry in GM130^-/- testes, see supplementary figure 4 in the article) [3], and "GOLGA2 loss causes fibrosis with autophagy in the mouse lung and liver" (discussed below) [1].
