Antibody: GABARAPL1

Catalog number: 26632

Summary: Rabbit monoclonal antibody against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the amino terminus of human GABARAPL1 protein. Reacts with human, mouse and rat. Suitable for western blot, immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry.

Validation Method

Western blot

Sample

WT and GABARAPL1-KO A549c and ACHNc cells.

Blocking agent

5% nonfat milk or BSA (bovine serum albumin) in Tris-buffered saline with Tween 20 (20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 137 mM NaCl 0.1% Tween 20).

Primary incubation

Overnight at 4 °C.

Secondary incubation

HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit (BI2413C, Diagenode).

Detection

Clarity Western ECL substrate (1705051, Bio-Rad), and chemiluminescence was monitored using a Bio-Rad ChemiDoc XRS+.
