Western blot

WT and Fank1-/- mice testis. Testicular protein extracts were prepared using lysis buffer [2] containing 1× cOmplete™ EDTA-free Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (Roche, Basel, Switzerland).

5% non-fat milk in TBS-T (20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 0.1% Tween 20) for 2 h at room temperature.

1:1,000 dilution overnight at 4 °C.

1:2,000 dilution at room temperature for 2 h.

High-sig ECL Western Blotting Substrate (Tanon, Shanghai, China).
