5% dry skim milk + 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA) in Tris-buffered saline (TBS) containing 0.1% Tween 20, for 30 min.

1:2,000 dilution overnight.

1:10,000 dilution peroxidase-coupled donkey anti-mouse IgG antibody (Sigma-Aldrich, Munich, Germany) at room temperature (RT) for 1 hour.

Femto-ECL reagent (Super Signal West Femto Maximum Sensitive Substrate; Thermo Scientific, Rockford, IL, USA) by chemiluminescence imaging following the procedure recommended by the supplier.
