WT and Drp1-KO HeLa cells lines.

Blocking agent

WB: PBS containing 0.3% nonfat dry milk and 0.1% Tween 20.

Primary incubation

ICC: primary antibodies for 2 h.

Secondary incubation

WB: AP-conjugated secondary antibodies.

ICC: Alexa-conjugated secondary antibodies (Invitrogen) for 1 h.

Detection

WB: Immun-Star AP Western blotting detection reagents (Bio-Rad Laboratories) and LAS-1000 (FUJIFILM).

ICC: inverted structured illumination microscope (ApoTome with Axio Observer.Z1; Carl Zeiss) with a 63×/1.4 NA oil differential interference contrast Plan-Apochromat objective, a digital CCD camera (AxioCam MRm; Carl Zeiss), and Zeiss ZEN 2010 acquisition software.
