Sample

Paraffin-embedded primary mammary tumor sections from conditional knockout mouse where the Cre transgene was under the control of the β-lactoglobulin (BLG) promoter.

Blocking agent

3% BSA in PBS with 0.02% Triton X-100.

Primary incubation

1:100 dilution overnight at 4°C.

Secondary incubation

1:400 dilution Alexa Fluor® 488 or 555-conjugated anti-mouse (Molecular Probes, A21425/A11017) for 1 hour at room temperature.
