Summary

This antibody was validated in ITGb3-KO mice by immunoblotting [1]. Western blot analysis of P2 synaptosome samples prepared from ITGb3+⁄+, ITGb3+⁄- and ITGb3-KO mice using this antibody suggest that this antibody is specific for integrin b3, as integrin b3 expression was not detected in knockout mice.
