WT and Caspase-11 KO dendritic cells (DCs). Cells were lysed in buffer containing 1% NP40, 50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 150mM NaCl. Protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors were added just prior to cell lysis.
