Western blot

Sample

WT and cardiac troponin T-KO PGP1 cells-derived cardiomyocytes.

Blocking agent

5% BSA (Fisher, BP1605) in TBS-T or nonfat milk for 1 hour.

Primary incubation

1:500 dilution in TBS-T with BSA or milk overnight.

Secondary incubation

HRP-linked secondary antibody (Cell Signaling 7076; 7074) for 1 hour at room temperature.

Detection

ECL substrate (Thermo 34580) and a Bio-Rad ChemiDoc MP imaging system.
