Sample

Wild type, CNN3 silenced and CNN3 knockout cells U2OS cells. Cells were washed with ice-cold PBS, then lysed with 4xLSB-DTT.

Blocking agent

5% BSA for 1 hour.

Primary incubation

1:1,000 dilution.

Secondary incubation

Anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody (Invitrogen).

Detection

Western Bright ECL-spray (Advansta).
