Sample

WT and Cnot3-KO embryos and ESCs. IC: Embryos were fixed in 4% formaldehyde in PBS.

Secondary incubation

IC: goat anti-mouse-488 (A11001, Life Technologies).

Detection

IC: Image data were acquired with a Zeiss LSM 780 microscope.

Notes

Immunofluorescence of an embryo could be arguably IC rather than IHC, since no sectioning is required and the small amount of cells present.
