Blocking agent

IF: 10% goat serum in PBS.

Primary incubation

WB: 1:1000 dilution.

IF: 1:200 dilution in 10% goat serum overnight at 4 °C.

Secondary incubation

IF: secondary antibodies (Invitrogen) in 10% goat serum-PBS for 60 min.

Detection

IF: Confocal microscopy analyses were carried out using a Zeiss LSM700.
