Sample

WT and CD59aKO mouse retina. Eyes were immersion-fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for 10 min, infiltrated in 30% sucrose overnight and embedded in Tissue-Tek OCT (Sakura Finetek, Torrance, CA, USA) for sectioning.

Blocking agent

Mouse-on-mouse kit (ab127055, Abcam, MA, USA).

Primary incubation

1:500 dilution.

Secondary incubation

HRP-conjugated secondary, mouse-on-mouse polymer IHC kit (ab127055, Abcam, MA, USA).

Detection

Diaminobenzidine.
