Sample
Brains from control Camk2bf/f and conditional cell-specific Camk2b null mice. Tissue samples were homogenized in lysis buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl 6.8, 2.5% SDS, 2 mM EDTA).
Primary incubation
1:10,000 dilution.
Secondary incubation
1:3,000 dilution goat anti-mouse (AffiniPure #115-007-003).
