This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on two publications "Heterotetrameric annexin A2/S100A10 (A2t) is essential for oncogenic human papillomavirus trafficking and capsid disassembly, and protects virions from lysosomal degradation" (western blot, Figure 1a in the article) [1], and "Annexin 2-CXCL12 interactions regulate metastatic cell targeting and growth in the bone marrow" (discussed below) [2]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).

Bone marrow stromal cells and bone sections from wild-type and Anxa2 knocked-out mice. IC: Cells were fixed with 10% neutral buffered formalin (cat. HT501320, Sigma) and permeabilized with PBT (1:500 dilution of Triton-X100 in PBS). IHC: long bones were embedded in paraffin for sectioning.
IHC: Image-iT FX signal enhancer (cat. I36933, Life Technology, Madison, WI) for 30 min.
1:25 dilution for 2 hours at room temperature.
Primary antibodies were combined with reagents of Zenon Alexa Fluor 488 (green) or 555 (red) labeling kit (Life Technology).
Olympus FV-500 confocal microscope.
