Immunocytochemistry

Sample

WT and Ahr−/− mouse vagina. Tissues were removed and fixed in 10% phosphate-buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin and sectioned at 5 μm.

Primary incubation

Overnight at 4°C.

Detection

Images were acquired with a 40× objective and the analySIS image processing software.
