Secondary incubation

Goat anti-rabbit IgG horseradish peroxidase-linked (Jackson ImmunoResearch, catalog number 111-035-144) diluted in 2% (wt/vol) skim milk/TBS-T for 1hr.

Detection

Western Lightning Plus-ECL Kit (and ECL Prime Western Blotting Detection Reagents for PINK1) and an ImageQuant LAS 4000 imaging system (GE Healthcare).
