Antibody information

Mouse monoclonal IgG2b

Company: Proteintech

Antibody: ANP32B

Catalog number: 66160-1-Ig

Summary: Mouse monoclonal IgG2b against ANP32B fusion protein. Reacts with human by western blot, immunofluorescence and ELISA.

Validation Method

Western blot

Sample

Control, ANP32B-KO and double ANP32A/B knockout (dKO) eHAP1 cells. Cells were lysed in buffer containing 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.8; Sigma-Aldrich), 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM KCl, and 0.5% Triton X-100 (Sigma-Aldrich), supplemented with a cOmplete EDTA-free protease inhibitor cocktail tablet (Roche).

Primary incubation

1/1,000 dilution.

Secondary incubation

1/5,000 dilution goat α-mouse HRP (STAR117P; AbD Serotec).

Detection

Protein bands were visualized by chemiluminescence (ECL Prime Western blotting detection reagent; GE Healthcare) using a Fusion-FX imaging system (Vilber Lourmat).
