Antibody information

Mouse monoclonal IgG1 (lambda light chain)

Company: Santa Cruz

Antibody: ADAR1

Catalog number: sc-271854

Summary: Mouse monoclonal IgG1 (lambda light chain) against amino acids 1051-1226 mapping at the C-terminus of human ADAR1. Recommended for detection of all ADAR1 isoforms of human origin by western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and ELISA.

Validation Method

Western blot

Sample

WT and ADAR1-KO 293T cells. Cells were directly lysed in NuPAGE LDS Sample Buffer (Thermo Fisher Scientific) with 400mM DTT (Sigma Aldrich).

Detection

Blots were developed using Fluorescent (LI-COR, Odyssey CLx) or Chemiluminescent (film) detection.
