5% skim milk.

1:1,000 dilution in 5% milk, overnight at 4°C.

HRP conjugated secondary antibodies were incubated in 5% milk at room temperature for 1 hr.

Chemiluminescent substrate for 5 min and then imaged using a Bio-Rad chemiluminescence imager.
