Product Header :
ELISA development kit for quantification of apoB in solution
Description 1 :
The apoB ELISA development kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of apoB in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatants. The assay is specific for apoB100 and does not recognize apoB48. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and ELISA standard. Plates and substrate are not included.
Description 2 :
ApoB ELISA development kits are also available with Streptavidin-HRP.
Species Cross Reactivities :
The monoclonal antibodies in this kit cross-react with ApoB from non-human primates.
Standard range :
8-800 ng/ml
