Gel Supershift: Antibody should be used at high concentration (1 mg/ml). Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug antibody/mg protein lysate using Protein G. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
