UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml. Sensitivity is 0.2 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Sensitivity is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane. Band at ~39kD. Neutralization: 0.012-0.2 ug/ml to achieve half of the neutralizing dose of 0.3 ng/ml of mouse IL12.
