UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml, using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~50 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5-50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml, detection limit is ~5 ng/well.
