Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Note: The use of WGA purified protein results in significantly cleaner blots and immunoprecipitates. Post-translational modification of Dystroglycan causes band broadening.
