This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, IF microscopy and by western blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 130 kD in size corresponding to ASAP1 protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. This antibody recognizes both phosphorylated and nonphosphorylated ASAP1 at amino acid Y782.
