Western Blot: 1:2000, detects ryanodine receptor from 100 ug of an unboiled triad preparation obtained from rabbit skeletal muscle. Immunoprecipitation: 1:100, immunoprecipitates the ryanodine receptor from 2 mg of a crude triad preparation. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50, reported to detect the ryanodine receptor using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse IgM on rabbit gracilis muscle.
