Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, and Immunohistochemistry (paraformaldehyde fixed cryostat, Vibratome and de-waxed tissue sections using ABC detection method). Western Blot: 1:500 (Indirect immunoperoxidase procedure with overnight incubation in primary antibody at 4?C. Detection using ECL procedure, exposure for 1 minute.) Recognizes a 24kD protein. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000. Dilute with 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.6) containing 1.5% sodium chloride and 1% normal serum (from the host of your secondary antibody).
