Can be used for inhibition of biological activity of GM-CSF in functional studies and for immunoassay. Furthermore the antibody is useful for Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemical staining of frozen sections, Western Blot and for intracellular staining of permeabilized cells. Immunohistology: 1:10. Western Blot: 1:10. For inhibition of biological activity in vitro approximately 2.5 ug/ml neutralizes 10 ug/ml GM-CSF.
