UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA (Direct and Indirect): 1:2500-1:5000. Western Blot: 1:2500-1:5000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:250 in TBS/Triton for 30 minutes at RT.
