This 1D4B (1D4B) antibody has been tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of thioglycollate-induced peritoneal exudate cells. It can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per sample of 1 million cells in 100 uL staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
