rabbit
ProductName :
Anti-SHH
Specificity :
Recognizes mouse rmShh N-terminal peptide. In western blots, ~50% cross-reactivity with the N-terminal peptide from recombinant mouse Dhh (aa 23-198), no cross-reactivity with rmIhh (aa 66-240), and no cross-reactivity with the C-terminal peptides of mDhh (aa 199-396) or mShh (aa 199-437). Species cross-reactivity: human.

Cysteine C46
reactivity :
Human, Mouse
Usage :
ELISA (4 ug/ml), IHC-Fr, Neut, WB (1 - 2 ug/ml)
UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Neutralization. ELISA: 4 ug/ml, using 100 ul/well and 100 ul/well of biotinylated detection antibody. Immunohistochemistry: 25 ug/ml with appropriate secondary reagents to detect Shh in frozen mouse brain tissue sections. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmShh N-terminal peptide is approximately 50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection with WesternGlo Chemiluminescent Detection Substrate will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold.

Since 1995, LifeSpan has been the industry leader in molecular pathology, specializing in the localization of proteins in normal and diseased tissues, both human and non-human. We offer more than 74,000 antibodies, custom designed immunohistochemistry (IHC) studies, immediately available human tissue IHC profiles for more than 500 proteins, and histology and pathology services. Our bank of 2 million specimens is available to support our customers' contract research studies and contains frozen and formalin-fixed (FFPE) normal and diseased tissues. Our contract services are comprehensive; they include study design, antibody sourcing and characterization, tissue sourcing and validation, immunolabeling, trouble shooting, and interpretation of the results by a LifeSpan pathologist.
