Specificity :

Human NFkB p50 (NFKB1) and its precursor protein p105 by Western blot. Active against p50:p50 homodimers and less reactive with p50:p65 heterodimers by Supershift assay. May react non-specifically with other proteins. No reactivity seen to analogous mouse NFkB proteins. Control peptide (provided with antiserum) will compete only with the specific reaction of antiserum with NFkB p50 (NFKB1).
