Application Notes :

The MG1-45 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofluorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. The LEAF purified antibody (Endotoxin 0.1 EU/ug, Azide-Free, 0.2 um filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 401404) as negative control. For in vivo studies or highly sensitive assays, we recommend Ultra-LEAF purified antibody (Cat. No. 401408) with a lower endotoxin limit than standard LEAF purified antibodies (Endotoxin 0.01 EU/ug).
