TER-119 is also known as Lymphocyte antigen 76 (Ly76) and is known to associate with the 52 kDa glycophorin A protein.

Application Notes :
Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing TER-119. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing TER-119 with 0.25 µg per 1 x 106 cells in a total staining volume of 100 µl followed by Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Rat IgG, Fc (Gamma) Fragment Specific-R-phycoerythrin. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
