Purification method :

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

CD151 is found on Endothelium, muscle, epithelial cells, platelets, and megakaryocytes, and immature hemopoietic cells. Also found on Activated T-cells.
