Phosphorylation of tyrosine residues is associated with many growth factors and oncogene protein kinases, and is important for cell signaling in activation, proliferation and differentiation Hybridoma: Fusion between mouse splenocytes and mouse myeloma Sp2/0 Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunoblot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000 Use HRP at anti mouse IgG for detection Immunoblot: 1:1000; anti-phosphotyrosine is used at room temperature for 60 min followed by detection using IRDye™800 Conjugated Goat-anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) diluted 1:2500 for 30' at room temperature. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
