Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.05ug/ml Western Blot: 1ug/ml for HRPO/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer: BSA, Tween 20 based blocking buffer. Immunoprecipitation: 1-10ug per 10e6 pervanadate-treated A431 cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control Cell Lysate (Included): P4076-22A: Phosphoserine Positive Control. Add 100ul SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90°C for 5 minutes. Use 20ul/lane Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
