Nonselective, high-affinity receptor for both orexin-A and orexin-B neuropeptides. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in human brain (cerebral cortex, hippocampus and substantia nigra) lysates on ~50kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
