Plays a role in the inducible expression of cytokine genes in T-cells, especially in the induction of the IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, TNF-alpha or GM-CSF. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:64,000 Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, observed in human lysates of cell line MOLT4 on ~110kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-6ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
