CCL13, also known as Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-4 (MCP-4), is a CC chemokine that acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, eosinophils, and T cells, and acts as an activator of basophils. It signals through the CCR2 and CCR3 receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry (Intracellular): 10ul/10e6 HT-29 cells, permeabilized Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.
