Interleukin 23 receptor (IL-23R) is an IL-23 specific binding protein that associates with IL-12 Rbeta1 to form a functional heterodimeric receptor complex. This complex mediates biological activities that are similar to, but distinct from those induced by IL-12. IL-23R is expressed by Th1 and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 2ug/ml using K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
