Desc1 :

FPR1, FPRL1, and FPRL2 constitute a group of 7-transmembrane segment chemotactic receptors that are expressed on phagocytes. FPR1 binding of bacterial N-formyl-methionyl peptides draws neutrophils to sites of infection and promotes degranulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat, 10ul labels 1x10e5 cells or 50ul of packed whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
