Applications: Suitable for use ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2,000 - 1:8,000 Western Blot: 1:200 - 1:1,000 Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Fluorescein conjugated to goat IgG

Recognizes Fluorescein. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum and fluorescein conjugated BSA. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c).

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography, solid phase adsorption, pepsin digestion and chromatography.

Supplied as a sterile-filtered liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide.
