Filamin B is a cytoplasmic protein that functions to link cell membrane proteins to the actin cytoskeleton. Defects in Filamin B are associated with a number of diseases characterized by skeletal dysplasias and abnormalities. Alternate names for Filamin B include FLN-B, beta-filamin, actin-binding-like protein, thyroid autoantigen, truncated actin-binding protein, truncated ABP, ABP-280 homolog, ABP-278, filamin 3, filamin homolog 1, Fh1, FLN1L, FLN3, TABP, and TAP Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
