Desc1 :

CCKB receptor, also celled gastrin receptor, is a Cholecystokinin Receptor. CCKB receptor binds both sulfated and non-sulfated cholecystokinin analogs. This receptor regulates anxiety, arousal, opiate-induced analgesia, and gastric-acid secretion. CCKB receptor has been reported in brain, colon, pancreas, stomach, thyroid, and various cancers. ESTs have been isolated from normal eye libraries and libraries derived from cancers of the brain, embryo, germ cell, lung, and placenta. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Peptide): 1:16000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/ml Uterus 6ug/ml pancreas Immunofluorescence (IC): See reference #2 and #3 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
