Desc1 :

Cholecystokinin A Receptor (CCKAR) is one of two 7TM receptors for cholecystokinin peptide hormones. This GPCR is involved in gallbladder contraction, insulin secretion, and central nervous system function. CCK-A R has been implicated in pancreatic tumorigenesis as well as the pathogenesis of eating disorders and drug addiction. Human CCK-A R shares 89% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CCKAR. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml, 10ul of the diluted solution labels 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume ≤200ul. Validated for use using human CCKAR transfectants. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
