Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100 Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections, Does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Reagents: IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:FITC (rat adsorbed) IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:RPE (rat adsorbed) Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
