L-arginine + H2O = L-ornithine + urea. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Peptide): 1:64,000 Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml, observed in human, mouse, rat and porcine liver lysates on ~37kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
