Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, FFPE): 1:1000-1:10,000 The staining intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues may be significantly improved by the pretreatment of: 1. Formic acid (70%) for 10-30 minutes at RT. 2. HIER (Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval) with buffers such as citrate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Source: Ascites Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
